Look after yourself, beautify skin and protect trademarks of time, this can be quite simple,
economical and even fun. Here are our anti-dry skin recipes, easy to implement with the means at hand.
1# Dry skin: a moisturizing mask
- 1 half-cucumber
- 1 half-natural yogurt
Peel the cucumber and mix. Mix the pulp obtained with the yogurt. Put a towel around your neck, tie your hair. Then apply the mixture over the face, avoiding the eye area. Leave in 10 minutes.
2# Dry skin: a treatment for chapped lips
- 1 tbsp. c. plain yogurt
- A few drops of lemon juice
Mix ingredients and apply on lips 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
3# Dry skin: a nourishing mask
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp. in s. acacia honey
Add the lemon and honey to the mashed avocado flesh. Apply on the face. Let stand 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water, and wipe lotion.
4# Dry skin: regenerating balm
- 3 drops of sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp. in s. yogurt
- 1 tbsp. in s. liquid honey
Mix well all the ingredients. Massage your face with the preparation. Then rinse with warm water.
4# Dry skin: a honey mask
- 1 tbsp. in s. white clay
- 1 tbsp. in s. yoghurt milk or soy
- 2 tbsp. in s. organic honey
Mix ingredients and apply the mask for 20 minutes before rinsing your face.
Honey is the ideal ingredient for dry skin. It is a moisturizer, but also soothing (effective against redness) and healing. White clay purifies and cleanses dry and sensitive skins.
